Teen WRAP (WELLNESS RECOVERY ACTION PLAN)
WRAP is a process of self-exploration whereby individuals identify their vision of wellness, share effective coping skills, and set goals to achieve and maintain wellness. At the same time, individuals identify their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in times of stress, distress, and crisis, creating action plans to better cope during such difficult times. This voluntary 6-week workshop for middle and high school students is an opportunity to speak out about mental health and wellness, join other teens in wellness and recovery, and create and maintain personalized action plans. WRAP plans focus on 5 key recovery concepts: Hope, Personal Responsibility, Education, Self-Advocacy, and Support.
Please call for dates and times.

*Registration is Required. Summer 2012 Dates To Be Determined.
